Degree Apprentice Assessor in Nursing

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Nursing and Healthcare subject group at Leeds Beckett University, delivering education across a range of courses and contributing to our research ambitions. As a team we are committed to high quality teaching and learning for all our learners using specialist teaching rooms, technology, simulation and innovative placement experiences.

Our teaching team has a range of expertise in all areas of nursing and healthcare and are responsible for the educational portfolio which includes the BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing, BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing (degree apprenticeship), BSc (Hons) Mental Health Nursing, BSc (Hons) Mental Health Nursing (degree apprenticeship), FdSc Nursing Associate, PG Dip Specialist Community Public Health Nursing, PG Diploma Community Specialist Practitioner, and other post qualifying continuing professional development courses.

We are seeking a degree apprenticeship assessor to support our range of apprenticeship programmes. You will have experience of supporting learner and have a good understanding of education practice. The ability to work co-operatively as a member of a large academic team is essential.
