About the Role
As a member of the Computational Teaching Services team at QMUL, this role focuses on managing an on-premises Kubernetes platform and its applications. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust computational teaching and learning services. Responsibilities include developing the platform through containerisation and web administration, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues with end-users and IT staff, and managing documentation, service availability, and security audits.
