Are you passionate about Children’s nursing and would like a career teaching and supporting students? This post is ideal for someone who has experience in caring for children and would like to develop a career in Higher Education.

The School of Nursing and Midwifery are expanding its Children’s provision across the Division of the Maternal and Child Health. We would like to take this opportunity for an active Registered Children’s Nurse to join the School of Nursing and Midwifery as a Lecturer.

You will have an active NMC registration with evidence of professional development. You will be expected to lead and teach on modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels as required. You will be involved in curriculum development, student support and assessment. You will be involved in linking practice to higher education needs. You will join a friendly team, who are committed to developing competent graduates and practitioners.

We will support the successful candidate to gain a teaching qualification.
