Two full-time Faculty Positions - Psychology Program

The Psychology Program at Middle East Technical University, Northern Cyprus Campus ( is seeking applicants for two full-time faculty positions. 

These positions are open to applicants working in any area of psychology but priority may be given to candidates with research and teaching expertise in Biological Psychology; Clinical Psychology; Developmental Psychology; Neuropsychology. The successful candidates will teach undergraduate courses in their respective areas as well as general psychology courses (the courses and their descriptions can be viewed on our website: Applicants should hold a PhD in a relevant area and have university level teaching experience. The rank is open and appointments will be based on experience. The deadline for applications for the position is 8 June 2018. The candidates will commence employment in Fall 2018.

METU NCC is committed to high quality research and teaching. Although the applicants’ areas of research are open, s/he must be actively engaged in research and publication. If hired, the successful candidate will be expected to continue to publish in internationally recognised, peer-reviewed journals and attend international conferences in support of METU NCC’s research goals.
