We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and quick-to-learn individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join the DARS Process and Training team.

DARS is an enterprise CRM and one of the University’s major IT systems which underpins our £3bn fundraising campaign – Oxford Thinking. The database provides over 500 staff members the tools they need to support the University’s fundraising, gift administration, communications, event management and much more.

You will deliver DARS training courses to staff throughout the University, covering various aspects of the system. You will also be responsible for additional support activities, ranging from online/telephone technical support to gathering evidence of training needs by analysing the type of requests received by the Helpdesk.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for learning and providing our users with an excellent service. You should have superb written/verbal communication skills. You will be a team player with the ability to work independently and it is essential that you have a good level of computer literacy.

This role would be a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to develop a career in learning and development as well as 1st Line IT support. Please also note that while a background in training would be desirable, it is not essential – a TAP training qualification will be provided.

We offer a challenging and fulfilling working experience with a wealth of opportunities to develop your professional skills. This is an exciting time to join a welcoming and friendly team!

You will be required to upload a CV and a supporting statement which evidences your experience against the selection criteria.

Only applications received before 12.00 noon on Friday 24 August 2018 can be considered. Interviews are currently scheduled to take place on Monday 10 September 2018.
