An opportunity has arisen within our Finance Department for a Research Grants & Contracts Advisor. This role will provide first class support to the Academic staff in the University in the application and administrative support of research grant and contract activity.
The ideal candidate will have carried out a similar role in another university or other research organisation and be looking to advance their career and experience in a progressive department.
You will be expected to be the primary point of contact for academic colleagues who are looking to or are in the process of applying for external research funding. You will need to have a high level of knowledge of the processes involved in making applications and have a high customer focused ethos to be successful in this role.
