The University of Warwick is seeking to appoint a full-time, 9-month postdoctoral research fellow (or 1 year part-time), based at the Department of Philosophy, as part of the interdisciplinary research project ‘Time: Between Metaphysics and Psychology’, funded by the UK Arts and Humanities Research Council.
The successful candidate will be a member of the Research Project team, together with the Principal Investigator Professor Christoph Hoerl, the Co-Investigator Professor Teresa McCormack (Psychology, Queen’s University Belfast), and a further postdoctoral research fellow in psychology based at Queen’s University Belfast.
The successful candidate will conduct research that contributes to the work of the Research Project, and in particular will prepare research articles, conference presentations and website content on his or her research, assist in the design and interpretation of empirical experiments, co-organise two workshops that will form the basis for two edited volumes, and help co-ordinate the project’s public engagement and impact activities. He or she will be able to assume responsibilities on or as soon as possible after the 1st January 2019.
