Working within the Hub Student and Administration Services, you will be required to provide administrative support to all Cross College Curriculum teams. You will work with the Centre Support Manager to facilitate the day to day administrative support required by Assistant Principals, Heads of School and Tutors. You will provide a consistent and effective service for all stakeholders.
What we are looking for
You must hold a Level 3 qualification or have the relevant work experience as well as holding a Level 2 qualificaiton in English and Maths. You will have experience of working within a customer service environment with good knowledge and understanding of FE and HE Curriculum. We are looking for an individual who has experience/knowledge of using IT Systems including the operation of computerised information relating to learner and curriculum data.
As an individual you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
