18.5 hours per week / 52 weeks per year (Wednesday & Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30am – 12pm).
You will provide a positive first class enquiries service within the College Beacon Centre, assisting with all queries from staff, students and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner. You will ensure that face-to-face enquiries and telephone enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently, referring to cross-college staff and services where appropriate. You will also engage in administrative support across all functions within The Hub when needed.
What we are looking for
You will have a good standard of education to at least Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent or be willing to work towards the qualification within one year of the appointment. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and have experience of working in an administrative and customer service environment.
As an individual you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
