The Centre for Psychiatry, Wolfson Institute of Preventive Medicine at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) invites applications for the post of a Lecturer in Psychopathology.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Lecturer to undertake all aspects of teaching and learning and assessment for mental health courses. Please refer to the job description for full details.
The post is full-time (5 days a week) in teaching and fixed term from June 2019 for 12 months, as a result of maternity leave, and it is expected that the successful candidate will hold it for the full period. However, should the post-holder on maternity leave exercise her right to return to work earlier, then this appointment will be terminated, subject to a notice period of one month.
Starting salary will be in the range £37,411 - £51,899 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days’ annual leave, pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
