Péarlaí’s vision is to provide visitors to shopping centres with a market leading personalised shopping experience. Our product is a subscription based platform for shopping centres / retailers which sends targeted offer text messages to subscriber’s (VIP’s) mobile phones from shops they have selected to receive from as they shop in the centre, provide all year round discount and reward their loyalty eg. Free coffee if in a centre over an hour. VIP’s sign up to a specific shopping centre and are issued with a unique key fob, which can be used to monitor the shopper using patented RFID sensors within the centre and shops. Shops upload texts to the platform, detailing special offers available to subscribers. The shoppers selected number of texts is then sent directly to the shopper’s mobile phone whilst they are in the centre. Péarlaí measure the effectiveness of these engagements eg. does a shopper enter the relevant shop after receiving a text. Péarlaí have a strategic opportunity to benefit from the use of advanced analytics to drive additional value from the data currently collected.
