The Department of Learning and Leadership (DLL) is a large specialist research and teaching department of approximately 130 academic staff. The breadth of DLL’s work includes internationally renowned research, outstanding teaching and teacher training, and cutting edge consultancy and knowledge mobilisation. The Associate Professor in Educational Leadership will contribute excellent teaching, and leadership of teaching; together with outstanding research and enterprise.

The successful candidate will hold a Doctorate in an area relevant to LCLL’s work together with proven evidence of outstanding contribution to knowledge through research outputs. With a proven track record of sustained success in obtaining research grants, you will also have an advanced understanding of and commitment to research engagement and impact. We are particularly interested in outstanding academics with a sustained research and publication record in the broad field of educational leadership and improvement.
