The opportunity
Queensland Conservatorium is currently looking for a suitably qualified Lecturer / Senior Lecturer to contribute to the development, delivery and coordination of teaching and choreographing within the Bachelor of Musical Theatre and the newly created Bachelor of Acting. This role is primarily a teaching position, to include a strong focus on Jazz dance, with the remainder of the load being devoted to research/scholarship, service and engagement.

This is a continuing, full time position based at the South Bank campus.

About you
To be successful within this role, you will have a proven record of successful teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. You will have a well developed portfolio of choreographed work at a professional standard, and a demonstrated ability to supervise Honours and postgraduate research students. Experience in curriculum design would be advantageous.

Salary range
Lecturer, Level B: $94,361 - $112,057 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $110,403 - $131,108 per annum.

Senior Lecturer, Level C: $115,593 - $133,289 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $135,244 - $155,949 per annum.
