Full time (36.5 hours per week), fixed term position for 11 months: 1 September 2019 – 31 July 2020.

You will have proven track record of excellence in Spanish language teaching. You will have experience of teaching Spanish language in higher education and will be expected to teach and supervise undergraduate students to a high standard. You will have the ability and willingness to develop and support the delivery of the Spanish language programme and will be familiar with teaching elements of language through translation. You will also be asked to make a contribution to the cultural content in Hispanic Studies, and you will be expected to participate as appropriate in the administration of departmental and School-wide activities. You will have a postgraduate qualification or similar in the teaching of Spanish and an excellent command of spoken and written Spanish and English.
