Technical Services at Staffordshire University are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to engage and support students in the area of Digital Design.

You will be working as part of team and have significant knowledge of a range of creative software packages within the Adobe CC suite. Delivering Technical Instruction in applications such as After Effects, Animate, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. You will be able to share your knowledge of changing trends within motion & web based graphics, including user experience design. As well as a good understanding of traditional graphical output, such as printing and publication. Having a demonstrable knowledge of managing Mac and Windows computers, and the ability to troubleshoot technical questions as they occur.

The person sought must have a flexible and innovative approach to supporting the technical service requirements, passionate about emerging technology and developing skills in new areas. The role holder will be required to provide an excellent level of customer service with strong people support skills and with the ability to ensure that deadlines are met.
