Part Time Post: 21.75 hours per week 

Salary: £26,243 - £29,515 per annum pro rata

We are looking to appoint a Technical Tutor Make-up & Hair Design to join our Technical Services Team based at our Rochester Campus.

The successful applicant will have experience in Make-up & Hair design skills, as well as practical experience of dealing with the day to day needs of a teaching salon, as well as being able to lesson plan and deliver technical workshops skills within the specialism of Make-up & hair design in support of the academic aims of the courses. They must be resourceful and self-motivated and able to problem solve requests from both staff and students.

You will contribute to the care and maintenance of equipment and be responsible for the health and safety in your area of competence.  You will also have excellent communication skills, be a good team worker and be able to demonstrate an aptitude for dealing tactfully with students and staff. The ability to work under pressure is essential.

The pro rata salary for this post is £15,745 - £17,709 per annum
