Are you ready for a role that will offer challenges and opportunities in equal measure?  One where you can put your management and change management skills in to action in a way that will transform the delivery of services to over 700 people?

You will have experience of motivating and leading staff through a process of change.  Your past experience will help us shape our future.  You will be open to trying new approaches; willing to take a chance when the situation calls for something different; and have learned from your mistakes as well as your successes. You know the value of your team and will encourage participation and innovation both in the day to day and in preparing for the future.

Our ISG Business Admin Team has been in place for just over a year. There is still a lot of work to do to fully integrate and develop its services. These challenges will be yours to solve as you help us deliver an integrated, high quality and well thought of administrative service that provides support across all 9 ISG Directorates.

You will also be deputy to the Head of Knowledge Management and IS Planning, supporting her and the Vice Principal, CIO in the planning and governance aspects of the Information Services Group. In particular, you will have responsibility for the Group’s KPI reporting, which will include data analytics and delivery of the ISG dashboard.

This will be a challenging and diverse role that will demand a lot from you in terms of your skills and management abilities. So we ask again, are you ready?

This post is offered on a full time, open-ended basis.

Closing Date: Friday 19th July 2019 at 5pm (GMT).
