The School of Arts and Cultures has an exciting opportunity for a professional and enthusiastic individual to join our programme administration team in the role of Learning and Teaching Assistant.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support for an allocated degree programme(s), including updating documentation and University IT systems in relation to the programme(s) as well as updating systems regarding student information and progress. You will also provide administrative support for student placements.
You should be educated to GCSE-level or equivalent, or have equivalent work experience. Experience of working in a fast paced office environment is essential and you must be able to demonstrate a well organised approach to administrative work as well as have the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
This is a part-time post (80%fte) for 29.6 hours per week; you should be able to work Mondays and Tuesdays plus two further days.
