Suitably qualified researchers are invited to apply for a post-doc position focused on the molecular basis of Notch receptor signaling and downstream transcription factors, which link it to other pathways, in both angiogenesis and tumour growth. The overall aim of the project is: 1) To uncover new signal transduction mechanisms; 2) To identify and characterize novel inhibitors of these processes. We take a multidisciplinary approach including high throughput chemical screens, genetics, (bio)chemistry, cell biology, zebrafish/mouse models and mathematics/bioinformatics.
