The Department of Land Economy wishes to appoint a Receptionist for two days per week (Monday and Tuesday) to work in our busy reception area in 19 Siver Street from 8.30am - 5pm. The role holder will provide an efficient and friendly first point of contact for all visitors and for external enquiries by telephone and email. The role also provides a  vital point of contact for student and staff in the Department dealing with day to day enquiries, room bookings, deliveries, timetables and events.

The successful candidate will be an approachable person with excellent communication skills, a good eye for detail and an ability to work both independently, as well as part of a team. A flexible approach is required and a willingness to develop an understanding of the activities of the Department of Land Economy. 

Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment.
