The post holder will work closely with the principal investigator and co-ordinator to ensure project deliverables and milestones are met in a timely manner; assist in the dissemination and outreach activities by providing suitable material to the project website; as well as play a role in raising the national and international profile of The Team by publishing articles in international journals, attendance at conferences and workshops.

Person Specification
The post holder must be in the first 4 years of their research career, have a Masters (or equivalent) degree in Mechanical Engineering or Physics, have advanced understanding of fluid mechanics, experimental techniques and metrology, advanced experience in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Image Processing Techniques (e.g. MATLAB Toolboxes). Experience in optical, laser and X-ray imaging techniques is highly desirable.
