Q Are you as passionate about Higher Education teaching and our student journey as we are?

A If so, we are looking for engaging and committed lecturing staff to teach Business Strategy and E-Business ….why not join us?

A little more about the role:

As a Lecturer you will be responsible for student learning, progress and academic achievement. Of particular interest are experienced lecturers who have experience of teaching at Levels 4-7 in Business Strategy and E-Business.

What you’ll do:

As a Lecturer in our Faculty you will:

Plan, prepare, teach/deliver modules in your specialist subject areas and support student’s learning on a range of programmes delivered in partnership with well-known and well established UK universities

Meet partnership and internal quality assurance processes in relation to programmes and modules

Carry out academic administration duties at modular level as required

Maintain personal and professional development

What you’ll bring to the team:

Applicants should have suitable and relative HE teaching experience and should hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area.

A doctorate qualification is welcomed as are current publications.

A teaching qualification and membership of the HEA are highly desirable.

A little more about us:

At QAHE you will be surrounded by staff who love teaching and prioritise the student experience. We specialise in teaching as our main focus and ensuring a good experience for the learner is the number one priority for the team.

Perhaps the most significant difference visible on campus is that traditional universities tend to be quite empty (of academic staff) as lecturers spend much less time in the office. There is a friendly and supportive atmosphere here at QAHE with typically far more team-working, promoted in part by more regular staff attendance on campus and in the staff offices.

Some potential candidates will find this, and the emphasis on teaching rather than research, very attractive.

We power the success of tomorrow – shaping the next generation of technologists, leaders and innovators.

On top of that? We’re ambitious – we hold ourselves to high standards and set ambitious targets. The result? We’ve grown revenue by over 300% in the last decade. So there’s plenty of opportunity for you to fulfil your career potential with us.

Apply now – here’s how!
