As a result of the College's continued expansion, the School of Electronics, Computing and Mathematics at the University of Derby is seeking to appoint highly motivated Lecturers in Computer Games programming to significantly enhance the school's teaching provision and to help deliver a research inspired curriculum. We are looking to appoint candidates with experience of C++ games programming and specialized subject knowledge in the field of Games. Candidates should have a PhD in a relevant subject and possess excellent communication skills in English. They will engage in research and scholarly activity, which influences leading edge practice, informs and inspires a research-led curriculum and contributes to continuing subject expertise and contribution to the REF.
