Working as Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Administrator at the University of Oxford, you will work alongside the rest of the team to support IT managers in the delivery of projects and programmes. Often being the first port of call for advice and guidance, your role will offer variety and you will require strong administrative support experience, as well as the ability to work with and relate to others in a professional and confident way.

Your excellent attention to detail will support your data analysis and reporting skills, often using the Microsoft Office suite, to facilitate regular reporting to stakeholders, including the senior management team.  Your organisation skills will facilitate the servicing of meetings, team forums and learning sessions, as well as the administration of our resource management system.  If you demonstrate the skills we are looking for, want to work in the bustling city of Oxford, and like working as part of a team whilst retaining the flexibility to work with autonomy, we want to hear from you.

While this is a full-time post, we also welcome applications from candidates who wish to work part-time (minimum 30 hours/0.8 FTE) and/or flexibly.
