Research Assistant (Pre /Post Doc) - with a focus on Adult Education
(TVL E13, 100% Full-Time)
The position is initially limited until 31.12.2023 with the potential for extension. The position can also be filled as a part-time position.
Your tasks: Depending on the qualifications, your tasks include the independent acquisition of third-party funding, the coordination of research projects, the holding of courses and examinations in the courses offered, and support within the framework of university self-administration.
What we are expecting: We are looking for applicants with a high level of personal responsibility, organizational, communicative and conceptual skills, a goal-oriented working style, enjoyment in carrying out their own teaching and cooperation with students. The prerequisite for employment is a university degree (Master) with a focus on adult education/further education or pedagogy/educational science as well as experience in teaching. In addition, a focus on digital media is desirable. You should have experience in the application of qualitative and/or quantitative research as well as in the independent execution of research projects. Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English is essential. Working knowledge of the German language is desirable.
