We seek well-qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologists for these roles, totalling 1.2 FTE, which will be based within the UEA Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychological Therapies (CPPT). You will contribute to the broad range of activity of the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (ClinPsyD), including contribution to teaching, project supervision, assessment, providing support for trainees’ personal and professional development and examining.
Whilst contributing to areas of programme delivery, there will be a particular focus on Clinical Tutor related activities, including placement oversight and monitoring, admissions, trainee support, personal advising/supervision, and stakeholder facing tasks (particularly with our network of clinical supervisors). At least one day per week will also initially be spent as our Placement Tutor, organising practice placement provision and supporting the development of processes around placement governance in conjunction with the Senior Clinical Tutor.
You will be a HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist with relevant clinical practice experience in mental health or another relevant clinical area, together with evidence of providing teaching or training and clinical supervision. A background in CBT or Systemic Practice is desirable.
Applications for full or part-time working will be considered (minimum 0.2 fte) and the working pattern for a part-time appointment will include working on Tuesdays.
