This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly, supportive and growing team. The Institute for Global Sustainable Development supports global sustainable development through impactful research.
The Research Project Manager will manage the recently awarded £989,192 research project “URBE Latam: Understanding Risks and Building Enhanced Capabilities in Latin American cities” in the Institute for Global Sustainable Development.
URBE Latam aims to rethink how environmental risk data is produced, how it is used, and how it might enable transformations that close the implementation gap in delivering equitable resilience for marginalised communities. The project is based on two case studies focusing on specific areas of Rio Janeiro, Brazil and Medellín, Colombia.
We are seeking an individual to manage the project, including associated financial administration and general administration. This will include monitoring progress against targets, developing effective communications, monitoring budgets, organising and managing project events and playing a key role in the preparation and completion of final project reports.
Informal enquiries can be directed in confidence to Stephanie Whitehead firstname.lastname@example.org.
