Scholars School System is a project of UK CURRICULUM & ACCREDITATION BODY (UKCAB) a registered charity Founded in 2005, working in partnership with leading providers and awarding bodies to offer world class education. Over the past several years, we have over 1800 home (UK and EU) learners in our HNC/HND programme and they are seeking a progression to study degree programme after their HNC/HND in Business & Health & Social Care.
We are offering HNC/HND in partnership with Central Bedfordshire College & Fda / BSc (Hons) in partnership with Leeds Trinity University.
The School is seeking to appoint a Deputy Dean to provide academic leadership and to support change management, working with the Directors and Academic / Program leaders.
He or she will have responsibility for strengthening education performance, growth in undergraduate offers, staff development and workplace culture and practices.
The appointed candidate will have a PhD in Education, Management, Business or related subjects, a record of producing world-leading or internationally excellent research; experience in HE leadership; enthusiasm for delivering a high quality education experience; a record of leading successful programme development; thought leadership in educational pedagogy; membership of a relevant professional body; and an understanding of diversity and equality including the principles of the Athena SWAN charter.
