Full and partial scholarships for the Saint Louis University - Madrid Campus Master of Arts in Spanish and the Master of Arts in Political Science, with a concentration in International Relations and Crisis
Value: 22,950€ (Regis 100) and 11,475€ (Regis 50)
The Regis 50 and Regis 100 scholarships are merit-based awards offered to admitted students to the Master of Arts in Spanish and the Master of Arts in Political Science who have demonstrated outstanding academic promise and a profound interest in the subject matter of the degree. Consideration is also given to professionals already working in related fields. The value of the scholarships awarded will be of 50% of M.A. tuition for Regis 50 and 100% of M.A. tuition for Regis 100.
Saint Louis University - Madrid Campus is home to two fully accredited U.S. graduate programs: the Master of Arts in Spanish and the Master of Arts in Political Science.
The M.A. in Spanish immerses students in the language and its cultures, while providing the tools to achieve high standards of literary scholarship. The program is designed for holders of an undergraduate degree in Spanish or a related field, language educators and literary scholars.
The degree offers a holistic approach to the study of Spanish language, culture and literature. Conducted entirely in Spanish, the curriculum includes courses in Spanish and Latin American literature, film, art, women writers, linguistics, language acquisition theories and teaching methodologies. In September 2020 Saint Louis University-Madrid Campus is launching a M.A. in Political Science and Public Affairs, with a concentration in International Relations and Crisis. Developed by Madrid faculty in response to the increasing number, intensity and impact of international crises in recent years, the program is designed for students holding an undergraduate degree in political science, international relations or a related field, and who are interested in developing a deeper understanding of key contemporary crises.
The degree features creative teaching methods, including simulation games, guest speaker series, academic conferences and trips and internships. As a country deeply affected by the 2008 financial crisis, Spain provides extraordinary outreach and internship opportunities with international governmental and non-governmental organisations. How to Apply
Admitted students for the M.A. in Spanish and the M.A. in Political Science may apply for the Regis 50 or Regis 100 scholarships by submitting a completed application form and written statement to email@example.com no later than the April 15, 2020.
The scholarships can be combined with other scholarships up to, but not exceeding, the cost of tuition for a given semester.
