Duties of the Role

The purpose of this post is to enhance the School’s research profile and to both contribute to, and lead in developing the fields of Human Resource Management and/or Organisation Studies in the School; to develop and actively engage in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and supervision; and to extend the School’s profile regionally, nationally and internationally through collaboration with other institutions.

Applicants at Lecturer level will contribute to excellence in education by designing and delivering substantive and effective teaching and learning support; supervise student projects, fieldwork and placements; produce research outputs for publication at acceptable levels of volume and academic excellence; and undertake peer mentoring of colleagues at the request of the Dean.
