University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of China. UESTC was included as one of the first universities into "Project 211" in 1997, and then the nation's “Project 985” in 2001. In 2017, the University was selected as one of "Double First-class" universities (Top 36). School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA)

School of Public Affairs and Administration is a leading university-based school of Public Administration in China, which is top ranked for our line of degrees from undergraduate to PhD degree including 4 bachelor degrees of Public Management, Information Management, Law and Urban Studies, 2 master degrees of Public Administration and Journalism and Communication, 2 professional programs of MPA and MJC respectively, English-instructed International Program in Public Management and PhD degree in Urban Studies and Management in highly rated education with featured key disciplines, as well as featured Think Tank, Centers and Institutes for Social Science Research.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possess a Ph.D. degree.
  • Hold formal teaching and researching positions in overseas prestigious universities, institutions or enterprises.
  • As the elites among the peers in certain field, the young professionals shall have the potential of becoming leading figures in the future.

Preferential Policies and Treatments

  • Annual salary from RMB 360,000 to 500,000.
  • Hired as Specially-Appointed Researcher(with authorized strength and Senior title).
  • Research funding from RMB 150,000 to 500,000.
  • Housing subsidies from RMB 600,000 to 800,000
