We are investing in our academic provision and are seeking to appoint a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer to teach Physical Geography and Environmental Science. We are looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic academic to make a key contribution to our new academic provision through teaching, research and enterprise. This is a post that would suit established or early career academics.
You will be able to teach and contribute to our research and enterprise portfolio in areas within our broader subject of planning, housing and geography but will principally focus on new undergraduate areas we are developing in geography and environmental science courses. You will have scope to design and implement your research into teaching into the curriculum where applicable.
We welcome applicants with a PhD in a physical geography field and experience in academia.
You will join the School of the Built Environment, Engineering and Computing based at our City Campus and contribute to the delivery of our growing undergraduate and postgraduate provision. There are extensive and excellent specialist facilities located in a setting which offers many additional amenities for our students and staff.
