This is an exciting opportunity to join the RNCM’s dynamic development team. The Legacy and Stewardship officer will provide efficient and responsive stewardship of the RNCM’s scholarship and bursary donors. The post holder will prepare annual bids under £10K to regular student support donors, oversee administration relating to the College’s Named Awards allocation process and effectively manage income from legacy gifts.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and sensitive communicator, able to represent the College to donors and stakeholders. You will be joining a team of passionate fundraisers, committed to professional development and collaborative working. You will enjoy working closely with colleagues, students and donors and be able to demonstrate outstanding organisation and communication skills. This is a team which has doubled its fundraised income in 4 years and we are seeking ambitious colleagues who can join us to make a key contribution and play a part in our on-going growth and success.
