The School of Health Sciences (SHS) at the University of Nottingham, one of the 4 Schools in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, provides a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the field of nursing, midwifery, physiotherapy, sport rehabilitation and allied health professions.

The School is seeking to appoint a graduate Teaching Associate in the Children’s and Young People’s Nursing team. The role holder’s main responsibilities will be within teaching, learning and support and will be expected to contribute to teaching child clinical skills, supporting child modules, and developing future modules and supporting students within pre and post registration programmes. You will be an experienced children’s or neo-natal nurse with teaching experience in your area of practice and be NMC registered.
This is a temporary full time post (maternity cover) and the successful candidate is expected to undertake teaching and provide placement support at relevant sites and within region. Job share arrangements may be considered.
The post will be offered on a full time, fixed term contract until 30th November 2021. Job share arrangements may be considered and post is also available for part time working, minimum 29h per week.
