The Student Systems Engineer will form part of a team responsible for the deployment, customisation, integration and maintenance of the suite of software that comprises the University’s student information systems. The primary system is PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, utilising an Oracle Enterprise database. A wide range of tools will be used in the support of an integrated enterprise-wide management information system that underpins the University’s core business and supports its strategic plan. Working within the Business Information Systems group, you will deliver solutions that exploit existing and new system functionality to facilitate improved business processes. The expectation is that you will be an experienced Oracle programmer, ideally with some experience of PeopleTools and/or PeopleCode (or related technologies). Suitable training will be provided.
