Working with the PVC Student Education and Experience (PVC SEE), the Director of Graduate Success will lead on the design of our Graduate Success agenda to develop and implement strategy, plans and programmes to support and facilitate the success of our graduates. You will assimilate data on student experience, outcomes and graduate opportunities to identify patterns and trends to inform and influence strategic decision making.
You will have significant experience of a senior leadership role within HE in an employability or equivalent setting, including responsibility for staff, budgets and projects, as well as experience of significant change management, organisational design or institutional project leadership.
Working closely with academic and professional service colleagues you will contribute to strategically significant projects including curriculum redesign, development of holistic student experience opportunities and will lead on the review of our placement provision, widening the range of activity available and ensuring these are inclusive so as to meet the needs of a diverse student population.
An able networker with the ability to build alliances and networks to effect desired outcomes, you will be a strategic, positive and creative thinker with the ability to translate and drive strategic objectives into meaningful and successful outcomes.
This full time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
