An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Skills Assistant in the School of Health & Life Sciences at our Lanarkshire Campus.
The School of Health & Life Sciences is a multidisciplinary School, with a diverse range of programmes delivered at our Lanarkshire, Paisley, Ayr, Dumfries, and London campuses with a combined total of circa 6000 students. Teaching and Research are at the heart of all of the School’s activities.
Applications are invited from candidates who hold an HNC in Healthcare Practice or equivalent experience in a hospital/community social care environment. You should have skills and knowledge associated with Health and Nursing to support learning, teaching, research and enterprise activity within the School of Health and Life Sciences. You must also posess excellent communication, and organisational skills with the ability to work using your initiative.
The successful candidate will provide practical support and assistance to academic staff to ensure the effective operation of the clinical skills facilities at our Lanarkshire Campus with some scheduled activities at our other campus locations.
