The Clinical Skills Centre Team at the Royal Veterinary College are looking for a person to join us as a Teaching Fellow In Clinical Skills (Equine & Farm lead). This will be a full-time post within the veterinary undergraduate and postgraduate courses for both Vet and Nursing students based at our Potters Bar Campus in rural Hertfordshire.

We are especially looking for someone with Equine and Farm experience, to take the lead in these key areas within our friendly team of 4 teaching staff. Ideally, you will also need to have relevant experience in a veterinary clinical environment helping students to learn practical skills.

You will be involved in practical exams and generally keeping the CSC in good order. This role has a strong emphasis on team work and developing ways to teach skills to students in novel surroundings, so patience and good humour are a must!

Potential applicants wishing to informally discuss the position are encouraged to contact Nicki Coombes on or 01707 666665 to explore the role further.

The RVC values diversity and is committed to the equality of opportunity. Balancing both the needs of the business with those of our staff, we will consider applications to work on a flexible basis where possible.
