We have an exciting opportunity for two Innovation Leads to join us as part of the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund Directorate.
ISCF is a key part of the Government Industrial Strategy, the long-term plan to raise productivity in the UK. The government is committed to increase funding in research and development by £4.7 billion over 4 years to strengthen UK science and business.
Quantum Technology is one of the programmes funded under Wave 2 of ISCF with £20m invested in transformative industry led projects. Recently an additional £153m was announced for a further wave of ISCF co-investment with business.
As an Innovation Lead you will need to make sense of multiple data sources, to establish underlying patterns and articulate a clear and compelling vision of what needs to be done. Be a good team player, build strong business partnerships, willing to share knowledge with others and to learn from them and able to self-start when needed.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
