Location: College Lane, Hatfield

The Commercial Lead will help lead and support HSK’s commercial activity, particularly centred upon the School’s Degree Apprenticeship provision. 

You will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to capitalise on business opportunities, in consultation with key colleagues in HSK and the Enterprise and Business Development team.

You will have considerable knowledge of the workings of the Institute for Apprenticeships and Ofsted and will therefore act as a significant support for the School in liaison with central university services and relevant colleagues/team across the university. Knowledge of legislation, policy, and compliance relevant to Degree Apprenticeships is essential, as is an understanding of the importance of data to support learner’s progression and the management of relationships with key stakeholders and employers.

Utilising proven communication and negotiating skills, you will be a key point of information in relation to the implementation of higher and degree apprenticeships in health, allied health and social work professions.

Qualifications required:

Degree (or equivalent qualification), or higher, or significant relevant experience
