Oxford Brookes University is investing within the new People Directorate to provide an organisational development and people solution focused approach as well as to lead culture change.

The People Directorate is undergoing transformational change and the reorganisation of the team is at the heart of the new approach this is designed to enable Oxford Brookes to be a high performing organisation through enabling and engaging our people.

We are now recruiting for a number of key roles: Strategic People Partner, Employment Relations and Policy Team Leader, Recruitment Specialist and People Manager.

As Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for the effectiveness and timeliness of the University’s recruitment process, ensuring the policy and process is well designed and properly implemented. This role sets recruitment measures and monitors outcomes. The role holder builds effective relationships with internal customers and external recruitment specialists to analyse recruitment data, receive feedback from recruiting managers and monitor trends in the external market.
