An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the leadership team of a new Pan Asian and Sushi concept located in the iconic Portland Building on University Park. Working with the Head Chef you will be instrumental in coaching and empowering the team to deliver a quality service in a fast-paced environment.
You will have a positive and energetic approach and are a colleague that the team look forward to working with. You build strong relationships with others to accomplish tasks and shared goals and engage with your customers and the team to create a positive environment to both visit and work in.
You should be customer focused with substantial supervisory experience gained within a similar environment, have proven planning, organisational and administration skills, excellent communication skills and have experience of training staff.
Hours of work are 36.25 per week, worked 5 days out of 7 to be arranged worked mainly between 8.00am and 7.30pm including regular weekends for 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility will be required. Job share arrangements would be considered.
