Working pattern: 35 hours 5 in 7 rota – Monday to Sunday

We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Facilities Team within Accommodation Services. As an FM Assistant, you will provide vital support to a wide range of essential services and facilities to staff, students and visitors across the University. You will be expected to work flexibly assisting with maintenance, room preparation, cleaning buildings and site cleanliness.

The role will involve monitoring and maintaining cleanliness of bin stores and waste removal, including general site cleanliness, assisting with minor maintenance tasks and assisting with preparing rooms for meetings, conferences and events.

Ensuring health and safety is maintained in line with University and ACS Health and Safety Policies and procedures.
