This is an exciting opportunity to join our Faculty of Early Years, Science, Health and Care, as Faculty Area Manager you will support the Head of Faculty in providing outstanding leadership in all aspects of the development, management and delivery of a high performing curriculum. You will inspire and motivate a team of lecturers to provide high quality teaching and learning for our students.
If you can demonstrate your ability to drive improvements in teaching and learning, resulting in good and better outcomes for students, along with successfully leading curriculum innovations including the promotion of eLearning, and you have strong people management skills then we look forward to receiving your application.
The Health and Animal provision is a large faculty area covering a number of groups of full time FE learners and full and part time HE provision. This role is key in working with the wider curriculum team in setting, monitoring and delivering the strategic aims of the faculty and wider aims of the college.
