The Business Support Programmes Office (BSPO) is a dedicated team that manages and administers bespoke programmes for the Portsmouth Business School and have a dedicated team of core staff to implement projects with access to additional resources in our Business Services and Research Office.
One of our key projects is the delivery of the new government-funded ‘Help to Grow: Management’ programme, supporting senior managers of small and medium sized businesses to boost their business’s performance, resilience, and long-term growth. We are one of many business schools across the UK delivering the programme and we are accredited by the Small Business Charter. The 12-week programme, which combines online sessions with face-to-face learning, is 90% funded by the Government and has been designed to allow participants to complete it alongside full-time work.
We are currently seeking a Business Support Office Administrator to join the Business Support Programmes Office. As part of the Business Support Programmes Office (BSPO), this new role will work alongside the Business Services Research Office (BSRO) to effectively support the office manager in the implementation of business based programmes.
The role will carry out a broad range of administrative functions in order to facilitate successful delivery of key projects. Tasks will include email inbox management, enquiry management and communicating with key stakeholders.
