Are you a creative and organised events and stewardship professional with experience working in Higher Education, looking for your next challenge?

In this role, you will ensure Birkbeck’s closest friends, alumni and supporters are engaged and stewarded through a comprehensive events and stewardship programme. You will lead on planning and organisation of in-person and virtual events, ensuring every element is delivered to a high standard, from invitations and briefings to follow up planning. You will produce engaging, timely and appropriate stewardship materials for our supporters, promoting the impact their support has had on Birkbeck community.

To be successful in this role you will have a passion for event management, a strong ability to build relationships and have a track of record of project planning and delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative and dedicated team as we look to advance our supporter engagement programme in the run-up to the launch of our campaign, The World Needs More Birkbeck.

Remuneration:

Grade 5 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £30,190 rising to £34,343 per annum.

The salary quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
