We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking people, who have a keen eye for detail and take pride in their work to join our team of sports facility cleaners at the David Ross Sports Village on University Park. You will support the general facility operations ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained. You will work both independently and as part of a team and will be required to clean a large range of sports areas, providing excellent customer service at all times. Most of all, we are looking for people who will respect and embrace the University’s values and culture and are able to encourage and connect with their colleagues, our students and customers. Ideally candidates will have experience of cleaning within a similar environment however full training will be provided.
Hours and Rota:
Post 1 - Hours of work are 12 per week, 5 days out of 7 to be arranged (mainly Monday to Friday between 2.00pm - 5.00pm) Flexibility will be required.
Post 2 - Hours of work are 15 per week, 5 days out of 7 to be arranged (mainly Monday to Friday between 3.00pm - 6.00pm) Flexibility will be required.
These posts will be offered on a permanent part time basis. Further details regarding the duties can be found on the attached job role profile.
The successful candidates for these posts will be expected to attend the Estates and Facilities training courses which will run each day, Monday to Friday mornings on the first week of appointment. Further details will be given at interview.
