Fixed Term 2-year position
We are looking for a promising early-career researcher in modelling and data analytics for experimental geodynamics to join our group for a 2-year (with possible extension) Postdoctoral Research Associate position at the Centre for Science at Extreme Conditions at University of Edinburgh.
The purpose of this position is to design and interpret laboratory measurements of transport in geophysical materials at extreme pressures and temperatures. This will be achieved using numerical solvers (such as finite element models) to interpret dynamic measurements performed in a high-pressure apparatus.
