Due to the success and increase in demand for our courses we are expanding our academic team in this area!

Building upon your knowledge and experience of Digital Forensics and Cyber Investigation you will design and deliver contemporary and engaging teaching for our students and will have the opportunity to work with local constabularies to undertake research, some of which may have the potential for national importance. There will also be time for you to contribute to income generation through enterprise, consultancy and professional/workforce development, including our offer to provide continuing professional development to the sector.

The person we are looking for will be educated to Master’s level (or equivalent professional qualification) and will possess significant practical work experience in an associated professional field. You will have a wealth of knowledge in, and the ability to teach, the following subjects:

  • Mobile Forensics
  • Cyber Investigative Techniques
  • Data Analytics

The Tees Valley is an enjoyable place to live – in the heart of the North of England’s coastline and countryside, with easy access to Durham, Newcastle and York.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post may not qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
