You will work with a caseload of apprentices studying the 2357 framework and 5357 standard, to deliver flexible, high quality training and assessments within workplace. You will be responsible for all areas of the apprenticeship framework and coaching and preparing our apprentices for the End Point Assessment as part of the new Standard.

You will champion success of your apprentices by overseeing their learning plans and providing feedback on their performance providing clear feedback to support them to achieve their goals.

We encourage applicants that have the necessary industrial experience but are looking for a new challenge through teaching and we will support the completion of relevant qualifications in order for you to thrive in your role.
